Apex hairs return policy on stock wigs   

Apex hairs.com wants to make returns easier for its customers . We will be accepting returns within 6 days of receipt of the wigs ,eligible returns will be only in the form of store credit .For  one purchase only one time return is allowed so it is recommended for customers to choose the wigs carefully.

       Please make sure that read the return policy carefully. Return will only be accepted in original packaging, wig should be in brand new condition with all tags on ,wig should never be worn .Wigs with any perfumes on them or lace cut /trimmed or hair cut wig or washed hair any  hair products used on hair or water or glue or tapes used on the wigs will not be accepted for return. Apex hairs.com team will be reviewing the returned item if the return qualifies for store refund it will be done.

     For each return 20% of the wig price will be charged and return shipping will be customers responsibility.

    All sales will be final on clearance items.

 

Steps for return

  • Before returning please e mail apex hair team for the reason of return and confirming that the wig has never been worn and is according to the above return policy.

  • You must contact us via email (sales@apexhairs.com) to request a return  authorization number (RMA) within 24 hours of receiving your shipment..

  • Returns will be mailed to apex hairs address on the website

  • Our return representative will review the wig and inform you if it is an eligible return .We reserve the right to refuse exchanges/returns if our return policy conditions are not met.

IF RETURN IS NOT ELIGIBLE IT WILL BE MAILED BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AND CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FROM APEX HAIRS.COM
