Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in new condition, and include all original packaging.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in new condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included

  • Item must be free of odors, styling products, or signs of wear

  • Hygiene seals (if applicable) must be intact

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or worn hairpieces cannot be returned.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Exchanges follow the same condition requirements as returns.

If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost

  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable

  • We do not charge a restocking fee


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and photos of the issue

  3. We will replace the item at no cost to you


How to Start a Return

To begin a return or exchange:

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)

  3. Our team will provide return instructions and the return address

Returns sent without prior approval may experience delays.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing typically takes 3–7 business days

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed


Non‑Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn hairpieces

  • Items with missing packaging or hygiene seals

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank
